PacRes Email Campaigns and Newsletters

I designed the style and layout of several email campaigns for PacRes Mortgage, updating the look and feel for its rebrand rollout in summer of 2021. I made mock-ups in Adobe InDesign, going through several rounds of reviews and revisions, as well as generated custom header graphics and thumbnails. For implementation, I collaborated with our Pardot Administrator using a service called Stripo to build the designs and make templates.

Industry Insider

This is a monthly newsletter for our Mortgage Advisors to send to their Realtor partners, which I redesigned to match our new branding. The Industry Insider provides a round-up of resources PacRes publishes to keep Realtors informed about industry trends, market changes, and home maintenance tips. This helps provide Realtors with content to use in their marketing and communications with clients, with the goal of directing them to PacRes as a resource and garnering new clients.  

When designing this newsletter, I focused on giving it a clean, modern look with a mixture of sharp and rounded elements, ample line spacing for ease of reading, and kept the color palette simple. A major goal was to drive traffic to our website, so I emphasized blog posts using containers and preview cards, and included a brief text-teaser followed by a CTA button to encourage click-through.

Mortgage Advisor Emails

I designed a customizable email newsletter template for PacRes Mortgage Advisors to retain contact with their clients, styled with our new branding. This included a custom header featuring their names and photo, a CTA box, and in this instance for Team Matteo, a thumbnail link to their latest video, with a play button graphic laid over it to indicate it's playable media. The goal was to make it a short and simple, yet personalizable email with a clear action. 

Trade Up Buyers Email Campaign

This was a series of informative emails geared toward already existing homebuyers looking to sell and buy a larger home. It was full of practical tips on managing finances, gathering documentation, purchase timing advice, rate calculators, and more. I designed it as part of our larger "Dreams Approved Daily" campaign, which appealed to narratives about transitioning phases in life and achieving long-term goals through a home purchase. Thus, the header image features a young family unpacking in their new home, and this was kept consistent to help clients identify these emails as a connected series. I designed it to be easy to read with distinguished organization of information, clear hierarchy and demarcation of hyperlinks, and a standout call to action.
