Camp Namanu Centennial
Promotion
These designs were for promoting a year-long Centennial celebration series of events for Camp Namanu, a children and teen's summer camp program in Sandy, OR. ENGIN Creative designed the logo and branding for the Centennial, and I implemented it together with Camp Fire Columbia by designing a number of promotional event graphics for mail and handout. All visuals were made with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and layouts made in InDesign.

Postcard Announcement
This 9"x6" postcard announced event details, and gave an overview of what potential attendees can expect as well as information to register. It features the new branding scheme and logo designed by Engin. The audience was largely former Camp Namanu attendees, so the copy used playful jargon the audience would find familiar. I chose a background image that featured well-known cabins at Camp Namanu to add to a sense of familiarity and nostalgia, in theme with a 100 year celebration.
Kickoff Celebration Announcement Poster
This 8.5"x11" poster was printed and displayed in schools and spaces that Camp Fire Columbia serves. It was meant to intrigue the interest of youth, as well as give parents more information via the QR code. The client requested a mixture of illustrated elements and photos to showcase activities and give it a playful feel. I illustrated a vista of pine trees and hills with a wooden sign post to match the theme of nature and summer camp. The client wanted the poster to have a whimsical feeling of magic and wonder to associate with Camp Namanu, thus the sparkles and wave-warping of the title.
Made in Illustrator and InDesign.
Save the Dates Handout
This 9"x6" card was printed to be handed out at the Camp Namanu Centennial Kickoff to give attendees an overview of the upcoming events in the year-long Centennial celebration. The client wanted an illustration of a path winding through trees during sunset in the Pacific Northwest. I generated the image with Midjourney, learning how to write prompts and control outcomes. I then edited and drew over parts of it in Photoshop to correct any visual anomalies. I designed a simplified version of ENGIN's Centennial logo to overlay on the illustration and allow it to stand out without visual clutter. The back features a grid of chronological events, using the Centennial's brand colors to frame the dates of events. Designed using Photoshop and InDesign.
Centennial Camp Store Products
I prepared and modified the Centennial Logo for printing, embroidering, and casting various products for the Campfire Columbia's Camp Store, such as water bottles, tumblers, hats, and enamel pins.
Save the Date Postcard
This 7"x5" postcard was printed and mailed out to donors and former alumni of Camp Namanu to invite them to the opening night of the Camp Namanu exhibit at the Oregon Historical Society Museum in downtown Portland, OR. It features a colorized historic photograph of a founder of Camp Namanu, "Uncle Toby," telling a story to a group of young campers. It also features a vintage stamp graphic from old stationary used by Camp Namanu to honor the theme of the Centennial retrospective exhibit. Made in InDesign.
